With standard shipping, orders will arrive within 7-10 days. Express shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours.
All orders should arrive with a packing slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box. Also make note of any damage to the box should you find a discrepancy. If you have questions, please call us at 888-687-7779.
If we do not have an item in stock, it will show as "Out of stock" on the website ordering page. You Orders cannot be placed for out of stock items.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all sales for products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. To return a product purchased on our website:
We will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to process the return. Shipping charges will only be refunded if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
